RETURNS & ISSUES
If you experience a problem with your order — including damaged items, incorrect products, or quality concerns — please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Depending on the situation, we may offer a return, replacement, or refund.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs will be refunded where the issue is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item being sent.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & APP PURCHASES
If you made a purchase through the Google Play Store, your transaction is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and Google's refund policies. For in-app purchases, you may be eligible for a refund through Google Play within the timeframe specified by Google. For physical products ordered via our website, this policy applies in full. For digital content such as guides or downloadable resources, please contact us if you experience any access or quality issues.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
If a product arrives damaged or develops a defect through normal use, we may offer a replacement or an alternative solution rather than a return, depending on the circumstances. We'll always aim for the fastest and fairest outcome for you.
SHIPPING A RETURN
If a return is required, we'll provide clear instructions on where and how to send the item. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged in transit, or was sent in error — in which case we will cover return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
